Commission Agreement and Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.Type of commission:At the moment I only do digital art commissions. You will receive a digital file of the artwork, suitable for printing. No physical copies of the artwork are included.

All communication regarding commission work is to be done through e-mail.Payment:All payment must be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice.
according to payment will have an 8% feeGuidelines:Please include visual references and a good description. The more information the better, references, colors, desired elements, etc.

I reserve the right to refuse the commission for any reason.Process:Once payment is received, I will get to work and submit an initial draft (I can only make 3 changes), so you can approve and require adjustments if needed. I will update you on the process a few times until completion.
Small changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you need a big change at an advanced stage of the painting (eg pose change) this will not be possible
Size is usually A4, 300 dpi, delivered in PNG file format.
The commission can take 2-4 weeks. If there are delays, you will be notified.To use:Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use permitted. You cannot profit from art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.
You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics for use in a non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
By ordering from me, you are purchasing my artwork and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all rights in my work, which include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
If you want the commission to remain private (never published anywhere), an extra may be charged.
You can submit your commission to social media as long as you give me credit for the work.
I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal work.Refunds and canceling:If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
